A rollercoaster of flavor throwing your tastebuds for a loop. El Dorado and Citiva hops were used in the boil and then we dry hopped it with Cashmere and Loral. The aroma is a floral bouquet of herbs, but the tastes punches you with orange citrus, melon, and stone fruit with an earthy, mild bitterness at the finish. We suggest grabbing the fast-pass, as the line for this ride will be long.

Rice has been used in brewing for centuries but never gets the recognition it deserves. This Lager uses toasted rice flakes which lend a grainy sweetness while still allowing the beer to be crisp and clean. Sorachi Ace hops from Japan were used, but there is only a hint of aroma and no depth of hop flavor, which allows the grain and rice to take the spotlight. Make sure to set your body clock because you’re going to want this beer at least once a day.

As a brewer, I have been able to brew every style you can imagine. I started out loving Amber Lagers, then moved to Stouts, then to IPA’s, fell in love with Wild and Sour Ales, and now I have gone full circle and exclusively drink lagers. Dunkel Lagers are my favorite style to drink, so I brewed my best interpretation of a classic Munich Dunkel. It is rich with malt character, notes of toffee and toasted bread, and balanced with German Tradition hops. It is light and easy to drink with an abundance of flavor. Prost!!

This one is for Buster Brown the OG DHB mascot. The brew is a hop and malt lover’s dream. Rich toffee and caramel malt character play with citrus, peach, and passion fruit, in both aroma and flavor. He was a one-of-a-kind gentle soul who always brightened our day. Miss ya buddy!
