This one is for Buster Brown the OG DHB mascot. The brew is a hop and malt lover’s dream. Rich toffee and caramel malt character play with citrus, peach, and passion fruit, in both aroma and flavor. He was a one-of-a-kind gentle soul who always brightened our day. Miss ya buddy!

Last year we brewed this beer in collaboration with Jeppson’s Malört. It was so good, we had to bring it back. The base is a Pale Ale brewed with aromatic malt accompanied by Citra and El Dorado hops. The twist is that we added wormwood and sumac during the boil. The beer has a floral bouquet of pine, citrus and earth, drinks like a crisp pale, and then has a slight bitterness that lingers on the tongue. Whether you’re a true Chicagoan or not, this beer is definitely worth a try. And it pairs great with a shot of Malört!

Adamanti-yum is a hard hitting hazy champion. This double bladed shield breaker is brewed with heavy amounts of Citra and Nectaron hops. British yeast, flaked oats and wheat along with multiple late hop additions gives this beer a smooth and roundAdamanti-yum and pulpy citrus flesh. This beer will stand the test of time, even through a blip.

This is our 11 th Anniversary brewing Milkstachio in collaboration with Hop Butcher for the World! We were a little bold with this version and added extra cacao nibs along with Madagascar vanilla beans, but the pistachio flavor remains consistent. Maris Otter, flaked barley and chocolate malts round out the malt bill bringing sweet chocolate and caramel notes with a smidge of hops to balance. This beer has an incredibly smooth and velvety finish. **This beer does contain lactose milk sugar and nuts.**

This beer is the Judge, Jury, and Executioner for your palate. Prepare your taste buds to be sentenced to life with never ending flavor. This is the original recipe for the first American Pale Ale that was brewed at DryHop back in 2014. Pale, Light Munich and Flaked Barley make the grist, while Centennial and Mosaic hops are used to balance the hints of malty sweetness with subtle west-coast style hop bitterness. This beer is very approachable, crisp, and abundant in flavor. The Jury is out, and it’s time to taste your verdict.
