Beers Brewed In-House Since Opening on June 13, 2013

  1. ONE BRICK WONDER - SAISON - 6.0% ABV - Belgian Saison showcasing a variety of flavors. Initial hits of bubblegum and clove give way to flavors of lemon, orange bread crust and bubblegum. The finish is slightly sweet while still remaining crisp and balanced..

  2. FAUXTASSIUM ALLOWANCE - HEFEWEIZEN - 5.4% - Get your daily dose of banana with this traditional German Hefeweizen. The yeast we used for this beer gives off a ton of banana flavor with a bit of clove and citrus. The wheatand oats create a heavier mouthfeel along with flavors of sweet bread.

  3. TOO MAGNETIC - MILKSHAKE IPA - 7.0% ABV -  We brewed this IPA with lactose sugar, vanilla beans, pink guava and pineapple puree to make one killer beer. The pineapple and pink guava punch you in the nose, while the flavor is a blend of fruit, hops and vanilla. The fruit also adds just a touch of tartness to round everything out.

  4. MONDAY MORNING SCREAMO - OATMEAL STOUT - 6.0% ABV - Just like metal music in the morning, this beer is perfect for a post-breakfast pick me up. The roasted and caramel malts create a complex blend of dark chocolate, espresso, caramel and vanilla flavors, while the flaked oats give a slight sweetness and creamy texture. Come rock out with us on the heavier side of life.

  5. CASH ME OUTSIDE - HAZY - 6.7% ABV - Heavily hopped with Cashmere and Amarillo to create a bomb of fruit and citrus. Mango, strawberry and peach flavors, along with a candied orange sweetness. Perfect beer for sipping in the sun. Catch us outside, how bout dat?

  6. DUAL CITIZEN - ESB - 5.1% ABV - We took a classic English style and gave it an American revamp. Malt flavors of bread crust and toffee blend with American hop flavors of lemon, orange and papaya. An easy-drinking, flavor forward and crisp ESB.

  7. SECRET BARN PARTY APPLE SAISON W/BRETT - 7.5% IBU Our great friends at Uncle Johns Cider allowed us to come party on their farm and bring back some fresh apple cider for this delicious brew. Classic bubblegum and spicy saison characters come through first, giving way to notes of pear, cinnamon and an earthy barnyard aroma from the apple cider and brettanomyces. The flavor is where the cider really shows itself with lots of red apple, cinnamon, pear and a mild brett funk. Fun, funky and delicious.

  8. MAMBA NO. 8 -WEST COAST IPA - 7.2% ABV - A reminder of the simpler more gritty times for the American IPA. This beer drives into the lane with a sweet malty backbone, then shakes you with a quick crossover of pine, finishing with a quick slam of grapefruit for the “and 1”.

  9. NO FUN ZONE HAZY IPA - 6.5% ABV - Its hard to have fun when its cold out, so we brought you a Citrus forward hazy to remind you of warmer days. Starting off with a punch of lemon-lime, the flavor comes through with more orange, mango and peach.

  10. COLOR CLASH - BLONDE ALE - 5.2% ABV - Light in color but heavy in flavor, this blonde is packed with lots of fruit and malt notes. The smell is bready and citrusy, reminiscent of fresh lemon meringue pie. The flavor leans more towards sweet apple and peach with a dry and refreshing finish.

  11. HOBBIT-HOLE HEAD INJURY - BELGIAN TABLE BEER - 5.0% ABV - A sessionable Saison with enough flavor to make your head spin. Aromas are classic Saison with notes of citrus and bubblegum, while the flavors are more malt forward with baked bread, caramel, lemon and banana. The finish is sweet with spice and clove flavors

  12. WOLFMAN - WEST COAST IPA - 7.1% ABV - To celebrate the new year and the upcoming Wolf Moon, we decided to brew this devilish creature of a beer. Hops are the feature with aromas of kiwi-strawberry and flavors of mango and grapefruit. The finish has a bite of bitterness that fades quickly into strawberry flavors. Classic IPA that is sure to transform anyone into a hophead. No silver bullets needed for this monster.

  13. DRINK BEER, PLAY ATARI - CZECH PILS | 5.1% ABV Brewed for our friends, Lucky Boys Confusion, for their MS Sucks concert and fundraiser. This is the perfect all day sipper for playing video games and watching football. Traditional citrus and floral aromas, with flavors of lemon and fresh bread. A crisp, dry finish quenches your thirst and leaves room for more. Drink beer....Play Atari....Repeat.

  14. PHAT ELVIS - PEANUT BUTTER STOUT | 5.5% ABV This beer has got us all shook up, mmm. We added peanut butter powder, cherrywood smoked malt, and Hefeweizen yeast to recreate the Elvis classic. Except lots of peanut butter, chocolate and caramel in the aromas, along with more flavors of peanut butter, chocolate, toffee, and a hint of smoke. Blue suede shoes not required.

  15. BEGGING FOR FAME - HAZY IPA | 6.2% ABV - We brought in some famous hops for this hazy: Nelson Sauvin, Strata and Citra. The stars of this beer are the strong, juicy flavors of pineapple and melon. Oat malt and white wheat give off a sweet malt character on the end. Low bitterness make this a perfect entry beer into the IPA world.

  16. HARDWIRED TO SHORT OUT - BELGIAN IPA | 6.6% ABV We packed so much flavor into this beer that it short circuited our brewhouse. We used Centennial and Crystal hops to create the perfect blend of American and Belgian flavors. Lots of lemon, peach and bubblegum in the aroma give way to flavors of tangerine, banana and spice.

  17. MY LAMBO GO SKRRR -DOUBLE IPA | 8.5% ABV A deceptively drinkable double IPA. This beer pulls up with flavors of candied orange, pineapple and mango, then peels out with more orange and some bitter grapefruit. The malt sweetness rides through before allowing the dry finish to crash onto your palate.

  18. NFLUENCED BY MAKE BELIEVE - VIENNA | 6.0% ABV Malt forward with a touch of sweetness from the caramel Vienna malt make this the perfect Fall bier. A crisp clean finish leads to subtle Noble hop spice notes. Give into the love of a well-balanced lager. Prost!

  19. OPAQUE ‘N ACCESSIBLE - FRESH HOP MILD | 4.0% ABV We used freshly harvested Crystal hops to give an earthy and herbal aroma that plays well with chocolate notes from the malt. The flavor continues with more chocolate, bread crust and toffee followed by a bittersweet finish. Crisp and light with a low ABV

  20. Golden Delicious-BLONDE ALE | 5.3% ABV - Winter may be creeping up on us, but we can still enjoy fall flavors. Cashmere hops give this Blonde tons of apple flavor and aroma. Finishes slightly dry with hints of pie crust. Tastes like an apple orchard in a glass..

  21. To Old For This Wit-BELGIAN WIT | 5.5% ABV - We brewed this Wit with a mix of orange peel, lemon peel and coriander seed for a nice blend of citrus, bubblegum, clove and bread flavors. Throw in a mildly sweet finish and you’ve got one delicious beer.

  22. Throwin Bows-HAZY IPA | 6.0% ABV - The juicy aroma of orange and pineapple steps back with a slick crossover into even more citrusy and fruity flavors of mango, grapefruit and nectarine. With little to no bitterness and an even smoother texture, it’s time to post up and go hard on that pint.

  23. Lhazy Dhaze-HAZY PALE ALE | 5.1% ABV - Brewing is hard. Brewing at 6 am after Thirsty Thursday is even harder. So we decided to take it easy on ourselves and add 200 pounds less grain, bringing you a beer that is super juicy and flavorful while still being sessionable. The aroma is flooded with pineapple and orange while the flavor is more melon, orange and strawberry. Perfect for busy afternoons or lazy evenings.

  24. DC Brewniverse -SAISON | 6.3% ABV - For batch number DC (600), we decided to brew a SUPER fruity saison. Aromas of lemon-lime and bubblegum fly off the glass, while flavors of apricot, bubblegum and white grape hit your tongue like Pow! Expect a FLASH of tartness on the finish followed by a lingering of sweet fruit. To the Beer Cave!

  25. Big Cat is Big Cat - Hazy IPA - 6.7% ABV -Cats may be cuddly, but this beer certainly isnt. The aroma roars with notes of Orange and Strawberry, while the flavor kicks with Honeydew, lime and Orange. There is also a light scratch of bitterness on the finish. Be sure to use this beer to cheers good luck and farewell to our favorite cat lover, Kaitlynn.

  26. Vibra Conmigo - American IPA - 6.5% ABV -Painting and brewing are two very different jobs, but they are both works of art in their own right. To show that, we collaborated with artist, Carlos Williams, to create this beer. Expect mango to dominate both aroma and flavor, with hints of orange and melon in the background. Bright flavors with a crisp finish.

  27. Hour 200- DDH Double IPA - 8.0% ABV - For our 6th anniversary we’re keeping it super fresh with a 6 malt, 6 hop IPA that went from grain to glass in just 200 hours. The aroma gives off lots of orange and lemon. The blend of hops then blasts through with flavors of orange, melon, pineapple and citrus. Dangerously drinkable.

  28. Out to Pastuer - Dry Hopped Farmhouse Ale - 6.8% ABV - Like farmer like brewer, we know the importance of maintaining a healthy “hop” rotation. This Farmhouse Ale boasts bright notes of lemongrass and peach thanks to a dry hopping of the Cascade variety. Balanced with the sweet and subtle notes of bubblegum and citrus held up by a bready backbone, this saison will keep you working until there’s no daylight left to save. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself sipping until the cows come home.

  29. Hop’d & Sku’D - Red IPA - 6.5% ABV - DJ's like to take albums and "chop and screw" it. Brewer's? We like to misread sku codes on grain bags and "hop and sku" it. Expect this IPA to punch you with flavors of citrus, watermelon and kiwi with a bit of caramel on the finish. Might be an accident, but it's our favorite one.

  30. Paddle of Gold - Blonde Ale - 5.3% ABV - The devil came down to dryhop looking for some beer to steal. He was in a bind, way behind and willing to make a deal. Thus comes our mash Paddle of Gold. Light, bready and citrusy with a nice balance between sweet and bitter. A great easy drinker for those summer scorchers.

  31. The Devil’s Hotbox - TDH West Coast IPA w/Lime Peel - 6.5% ABV-This collab with our friends at Tangled Roots is a bit different. We brewed their Devil’s Paintbox IPA and then added our own twist by triple dry hopping it and adding lime peel. Expect a drying bitterness with notes of pine, orange, grapefruit and lemon-lime. A fruity, bitter and zesty take on a classic West Coast IPA.

  32. Vegan Zombie - Hoppy Lager - 5.8% ABV - Mmmmmmmmm, hoooooooops. Crisp and floral with notes of grapefruit and lemon peel up front. Finishing with a bone-dry pine bitterness round this crusher out. Only plants and grains were harmed in the making of this beer

  33. Zodiac Banned- Kveik Hazy IPA - 7.1% ABV Whats that in the sky? A bird? A plane? Nope, its a Kveik hazy IPA collab with Werk Force brewing. This beer uses Galaxy, Strata and Ekuanot hops, along with Norwegian Kveik Voss yeast. Expect a supernova of orange, mango and honeydew flavors with a crisp finish.

  34. Sour Patch Kits - Blonde Sour w/Blueberries,- 6.0% ABV - The fox is in the building. Our collab with Lincoln Park Zoo is a very approachable sour. The aroma is all blueberry and lemon, with the flavor leaning more towards blueberry and sweet bread with a light tartness.

  35. Under My Umbrehelles - Helles Lager - 4.6% ABV Minimal bitterness provides a crisp beer with classic flavors of grain and spicy Noble hops. A small amount of Cascade hops also adds a subtle citrus finish.

  36. Intergalactic Planetary - Biere De Mars -5.2% ABV - The flavors of this sessionable belgian Biere De Mars are out of this world. Expect a perfect blend of fruity bubblegum, citrus, banana and a hint of toffee.

  37. Bossy - Strawberry Milkshake IPA - 6.9% ABV - Brewed in collaboration with our great friends at Women Unite!, this beer is booming with flavor. The Mosaic and Citra hops give off lots of tropical fruit, citrus, and mango. We then added strawberry purée and Madagascar vanilla beans for more complexity and sweetness. All the flavor without the ice cream.

  38. Velocitator - Dopplebock - 8.0% ABV -Our inner Bavarian monk guided us to brew this traditional big bodied lager. Richness abounds in both aroma and taste with slight caramel sweetness, mild plum aromas, and notes of toasty bread on the finish. Prost!

  39. Hot For Topher- Steam Beer - 5.0% ABV -The fermentation of this beer gave our glycol technician Topher a lot of trouble, but what came out was a perfect beer to transition into warmer weather. Very crisp with flavors of grain and toast that are complimented with hop notes of tangerine and tropical fruit.

  40. Gimme Da Juice - Triple Dry Hopped IPA- 6.7% - Forget the loot, all you need is the juice. This hazy IPA is loaded with potent tropical fruit and citrus flavors. Lemon-lime is present on the aroma followed by a fruity punch of orange, kiwi and mango.

  41. La Fin de Carnaval - Mexican Hot Chocolate Stout - 7.1% - Mardi Gras might be over, but the party is just beginning. We added lactose sugar, Saigon cinnamon, vanilla, and cocoa nibs to this Mexican Hot Chocolate Stout to give it a dessert feel. We also added chipotle, ancho, and cascabel peppers for some notes of cherry, smoke, and a light heat to balance the sweetness. Todos te quieren probar!

  42. Zip City - Hoppy Lager - 5.0% - Keeping my mind clean. Getting me through the night. Packed full of orange marmalade, grapefruit pith, and slight pineapple. Finishing with a slight sweetness and citrus bite. We ain’t got no good intentions!

  43. Practically Neighbors - Pale Ale - 5.5% - A sessionable and refreshing American Pale Ale using Idaho Gem, Simcoe, and Galaxy hops. Fruity aromas of orange, kiwi, and mango give way to a light bitterness and flavors of orange and pine.

  44. Steely Wheely - Belgian Stout - 6.0% - Earth shaker, cut creator adds dark chocolate, caramel, cherry cola, and plum to the mix. Medium bodied with mild smoke and more dark chocolate finish the trip. The wheels of steel are coming and they’re coming correct.

  45. Hungover Brunch Shift - Saison - 6.2% - This saison has an inviting floral aroma along with hints of cherry, bubblegum and banana. The flavor gives way to more bubblegum, banana and clove. It finishes dry, tart and fruity.

  46. Hop Face Spillah - West Coast IPA - 7.1% - Our brewers literally got hop faced while making this beer so we hope you enjoy it. Bursting with aromas of orange and pine, this is a classic West Coast IPA. Following the aroma are flavors of pine, citrus and a hint of earthy balanced by a toasty malt backbone.

  47. The After Party - Double Dry Hopped IPA - 6.9% - A hazy IPA to go along with hazy memories from the after party, this beer is dank and tropical. Expect aromas of resinous pine, pineapple, and mango, followed by more earthy flavors of pine, mango and, a light bitterness.

  48. Señor Pantalones Del Fuego - Mexican Lager - 5.3% - This crisp and flavorful mexican lager will make you think its summer in January. Expect flavors of grain, sweet corn, lime and citrus fruits. Waves of flavor are followed by a light, dry bitterness to help make this beer extremely sessionable. Perfect on a beach or on a snow mound.

  49. Carrion Coriander - Belgian Wit - 5.5% - Beyond the light, fluffy body and tart, lemony finish, our Wit offers enough layered aromas and flavors to rival hearty winter beers. Textured with boisterously yeasty aroma and scented with coriander spice, the effect of the raw wheat and oats on the palate is a silky-smooth mouthfeel, a playful honey contrast, yet noticeable orange bitterness.

  50. Feeling This - Double IPA - 9.6% - An imperial IPA with a strong malt backbone to balance out the complex hop flavors and bitterness. The hops shine in the aroma with notes of lemon, grapefruit, and candied orange, while the flavor shows more malt to complement the hops. Flavors of caramel and plum give way to hop notes of orange and grapefruit.

  51. Health to the Company - Scottish Ale - 8.0% - Like brewer, like beer; this unique Scotch Ale is slightly strange and full bodied! Consisting of a complex combination of flavors including dried fruit, toffee, and sweet spices with toasty overtones, this debut brew from our resident brewtender will keep your spirits in good shape through the winter. Grab one for the lass, it may or might never be here again.

  52. Can’t Have Nice Things - Belgian IPA - 7.1% - The combination of our Omega Belgian yeast, along with hops from New Zealand and Australia give this Belgian IPA an array of flavors and aromas. Expect lots of tropical fruit mixed with spicy yeast esters and a hint of white grapes. Low bitterness and a crisp, dry finish make this extremely sessionable even at 7.1%.

  53. Void of Mediocrity - American IPA - 6.0% ABV - A traditional IPA in a world full of non-traditional beer, but this one stands out among the rest. Expect lots of melon, mango, lime, and orange flavors. Slightly sweet at the beginning with a light bitter finish to make this a crisp and sessionable IPA.

  54. Mouth Breather - Hazy IPA - 6.4% ABV - Just like 11, this beer is crazy! Loaded with superpowerful flavors of cantaloupe and honeydew followed by orange citrus and pineapple. Fruity sweetness is perfectly balanced with a light bitterness to make this an easy drinking IPA with enough flavor to turn your palate upside down.

  55. Blood Drops - Irish Red - 5.5% ABV - Brewed in collaboration with local punk band Lucky Boys Confusion to celebrate their 21 year anniversary as a band. Like the band we brewed it with, this beer has an array of flavors that will keep you coming back for more. Expect lots of deep caramel and toffee, with a lighter note of toast and coffee. Amarillo hops add just a bit of orange citrus to round out the finish. This isn't your dad's Killian's.

  56. Trifecta - Belgian Tripel - Using a yeast from Omega that showcases fruity esters and complex flavors, expect aromas of banana, black pepper, and bubblegum, followed by citrus, Juicy Fruit bubblegum, and lime. The finish has a hint of alcohol to round out the flavors.

  57. Shark Meets ? - American IPA - 6.0% - What do you do when you receive the wrong malt order? You brew a Shark variant with no wheat and Enigma hops. Henchman Grungiest and Citra join to create a dry light mouthfeel with aromas and flavors of citrus, strawberry, and floral grass.

  58. Top Tag Team - American Wheat - 5.4% - Brewed with orange and grapefruit peel plus a blend of Amarillo and Citra hops. This creates a perfect tag team of orange and grapefruit flavors along with a sweet toasted note from the wheat malt.

  59. Take ‘Em Daily - Czech Pilsner - 5.6% - Very easy drinking and traditional pilsner. Inviting floral aroma with notes of lemon and hop spice and a well balanced flavor of grain and biscuit sweetness with a crisp floral bitterness.

  60. No Offense - West Coast IPA - 6.7% - A west coast IPA with moderate bitterness that was layered with 5 different hops, giving the beer a nice complexity. The aroma is loaded with mango, pine, and kiwi, while the flavor is very traditional with lots of pine, tangerine, and grapefruit.

  61. Hopped Hihi - Double Dry Hopped IPA - 7.0% - Brewed in collaboration with Lincoln Park Zoo to benefit the reintroduction of the Hihi bird. This hazy features all New Zealand hops - Nelson Sauvin, Waimea, and Motueka. Big tropical, grape and citrus notes mix with a soft mouthfeel.

  62. Canadian Tuxedo - Sour IPA - 6.4% ABV - As our first collaboration with our friends at East Troy Brewing in Wisconsin, we brewed a lightly bittered IPA with Lactobacillus. The hops give strong notes of lemon and strawberry with the lacto giving a light tartness that accents the other flavors.

  63. Getting by Life - Adjunct Lager - 4.9% - Our homage to refreshingly light lagers has subtle notes of corn and dry honey aromas. Even though you might just be getting by, you’ll live the high life with this lager.

  64. Wheatless in Seattle - German Dampfbier - 6.3 . - Traditional German style hefeweizen that uses only malted barley. Expect sweet malt and coffee flavor that blends with clove and hints of banana esters from the yeast.

  65. Bong Rattling Haze - Double Dry Hopped IPA - 6.7% - Brewed with Galaxy, Cashmere, and BRU-1 hops, expect pineapple, peach, passion fruit, lemon, and grapefruit aromas and flavors. Thick mouthfeel and mild bitter finish.

  66. Stay Gold Ponyboy - Belgian Golden Ale - 4.3% -With slight spice and estery flavors that only a Belgian yeast can present, this Outsider takes its florally tropical fruit aromas from Cashmere and Grungeist hops.

  67. Straight Outta Hopton – West Coast IPA – 6.7% – Solid bitterness, with a light crackery malt note. Traditional West Coast hop flavors of pine, mango, and grapefruit, along with a . more tropical hop aroma from a mix of New Zealand hops.

  68. Chiowa Shake – Double Dry Hopped IPA with Orange, Vanilla, Lactose – 6.0% – Collaboration with Barn Town Brewing! Notes of orange citrus, plus a soft creamy mouthfeel dominate up front. The beer is rounded out with pillowy vanilla finish.

  69. Betrayed by the Name – Dry Hopped Saison – 6.4% – Brewed with Loral hops and also an experimental variety called Bru-1. The Loral give a light citrus and floral character, while the Bru give off hints of pineapple and melon. Both hop characters are light, so the esters from the yeast can still be showcased.

  70. Krewe de Lakeview – Brut IPA – 6.4% –Dry and lightly bitter. Traditional American hops of Amarillo, Chinook, and Simcoe are the main focus of the beer. Lots of hop flavor with a crisp finish.

  71. Spaghetti Western – APA – 5.5% – We brewed an APA for this year’s Oak Park Microbrew Review Pale Ale Challenge. Amarillo hops are used exclusively in this offering. They lend notes of citrus and pine in both flavor and aroma. Finishing dry and with mild bitterness.

  72. Rocka Rolla – Lavender & Strawberry Saison – 6.0% – Our Summer Saison is spiced up with the addition of lavender flowers and Strawberry purée. Tart and refreshing with a slight floral finish. The perfect quencher for a day on the patio with friends and family.

  73. Stone Cold Hazy – Double Dry Hopped (DDH) Double IPA – 8.0% – Tropical juice and citrus aroma and flavor dominate this hazy double IPA. Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Vic Secret played an important role in the profile aromas and flavors. Notes of peach, passionfruit, citrus, andcandied orange are present in the full bodied, yet soft finish.

  74. Wall to Kiss – Blackberry Blonde – 5.2% – Hold on and never let go of this fruited blonde. Blackberry purée was added during fermentation and transfer. The Grungeist hop lends mild peach and citrus notes to complement the blackberry. Unwind and enjoy this Summer in a glass.

  75. Tombstone Hop Driver – American IPA – 6.3% –The Deadman has risen to deliver you a piledriver of huge citrusy hop aromas,  and a malty clothesline to take you down for the 3 count! This tombstone finishes dry to let the layered hop flavors and aromas take center stage inside the squared circle. Those who seek to defeat The Phenom must dig their way out of this IPA…

  76. Drive Time Leisure Suit – Hoppy Red – 7.0% – Citrus and pine dominate the aroma and finish of this hoppy red. A strong malt presence is there to round things out. Finishing dry with more pine and citrus and slight notes of toffee.

  77. Dream Attack – Zwickel Lager – 5.1% –Let this one put the sun in your life. Pronounced zv-ick-el. Hazy in appearance unlike most traditional German lagers. Fruit and spice from the Styrian Dragon hops are up front. The beer finishes dry with a touch of sweet maltiness. Steal the light out of the sky.

  78. Novocaine Brain – Dry Hopped Saison – 6.2% – We present to you our thirst quenching Saison in time for Summer. Slightly tart with notes of lemon, pepper, bubble gum, and honey. Dry hopped with Motueka and, finishing bone dry makes it the perfect Summer sipper.

  79. Única – Mexican Lager – 5.3% –We used some of our favorite Vienna malt to make this crisp and refreshing lager. Slight malt sweetness with just a touch of citrus from the hops. Just in time for the Chicago summer heat… Salud!

  80. Five O’Clock World – Double Dry Hopped (DDH) Blonde – 5.5% – We brewed this hazy double dry-hopped blonde ale with loads of Citra and Simcoe hops to commemorate our fifth-year anniversary. Expect a juicy burst of tropical fruit and citrus followed by a touch of piney dankness. Finishes with a soft mouthfeel and moderate hop bitterness. Here’s to five more, cheers!

  81. Kollage – Double Dry Hopped (DDH) IPA – 6.2% – This juicy single-hop IPA uses a generous amount of Mosaic hops in both pellet and cryo forms. Expect a complex aroma of mango, peach, and tangerine with a bit of pine in the finish. The soft mouthfeel and low bitterness really showcases this hop well and why it’s one of our favorites.

  82. $4,000 Suit – Brut IPA – 7.4% – Come to DryHop in your $4000 suit? Come on!… In case you did, we teamed up with our friends at Black Acre Brewing to fancy up this Brut IPA for you. Fermented with a special Norwegian Hornindal yeast blend along with Viognier wine grapes, then dry-hopped with Hallertau Blanc and Nelson Sauvin hops. Fruity, floral notes of white grape, citrus, and green melon. Finishes very dry and effervescent. As Gob would say, “Taste the happy!”

  83. Coco Loro – Spiced Coconut Milk Stout – 6.0% – 5 years! Our longest running collaborator is back for another year! Brewed with Lincoln Park Zoo to support Puerto Rican parrot conservation. This traditional Milk Stout is amped up with orange peel and lactose sugar in the boil. This lends citrus notes and a silky and creamy mouthfeel. We then dry spiced the beer post-fermentation with a wicked combination of Puerto Rican “Spiced” Rum flavors including toasted coconut, cinnamon, fresh ginger, and vanilla bean. Dark brooding and complex to help our colorful parrot friend.  { $1 from every Coco Loro sold was donated to Lincoln Park Zoo’s critical work to help save Puerto Rican parrots from extinction. }

  84. Sonnee – Session Wheat Ale – 3.8% – This session wheat ale took a generous addition of lemon and lime peel, along with citrusy Amarillo and Motueka hops to create a crushable patio beer. Bright citrus aroma and flavor with a dry, refreshing finish. Perfect for a sunny day!

  85. Karmavore – Double Dry Hopped (DDH) Double IPA – 8.0% – This hazy double dry hopped DIPA was brewed in collaboration with our friends and brothers in haze from Saint Errant Brewing. Galaxy, Mosaic, and Enigma hops blend together to make a super juicy and aromatic DIPA. Notes of peach, passion fruit, and citrus end with a soft, full finish.

  86. Nebulon – Double Dry Hopped (DDH) IPA – 6.5% – We took a healthy dose of Mosaic, Citra, and Amarillo hops to create this super citrusy hazy IPA. Juicy notes of orange, pineapple, and mango. Medium-bodied with moderate hop bitterness and very soft finish.

  87. West of Here – West Coast IPA – 6.7% – Classic west coast style IPA with generous amounts of Amarillo, Centennial, Columbus, Falconers Flight hops. Notes of citrus, pine and resin with a crisp finish and moderate hop bitterness. Find your way to the west coast!

  88. Auerolin – Saison with Melons & Peppercorns – 6.3% – Just in time for patio season! We juiced a few hundred pounds of cantaloupe and honeydew and added them to this refreshing Saison. To spice things up a bit, we steeped in some pink and black peppercorns.  Sweet fruity aromas and flavors from the melon combine with a hint of pepper spice. Very dry with a slight tart and effervescent finish.

  89. Reset Button – German-Style Pilsner – 5.8% – Sometimes you just want to reset your palate with a crisp, refreshing pilsner. We used some of our favorite German malts and classic Czech Saaz hops to brew this tribute to the traditional German pilsners. Dry finish with just a hint of malt and hops.

  90. Whispers in the Dark – Imperial Stout with Single Origin Coffee – 10.0% – We made a thick imperial stout using only the first runnings from the mash and added single origin coffee freshly roasted by our friends at Brü Coffeeworks in Albany Park. The Dutch cocoa and chocolate taffy notes from the Colombia Nariño – Rio Juanambú coffee combine with the dark chocolate, caramel, and graham cracker flavors from the stout to make one rich, complex brew. Very full body with a malty finish and some warmth from the alcohol. We also had limited quantities of two variants of Whispers – Coconut/Chocolate & Hazelnut/Chocolate

  91. East Coast Cockatoo – Double Dry Hopped (DDH) IPA – 6.0% –This special haze was brewed for one of DryHop’s OG employee’s wedding. Tons of citrus and tropical fruit dominate the aroma and flavor from the Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe hops. The beer finishes a touch sweet with a full mouthfeel, and more citrus and passion fruit. Eileen & Kevin – May the roof . overhead be well thatched and those inside be well matched. Sláinte!

  92. All Out of Bubblegum – Belgian Wheat Ale – 6.5% – We have come here to chew bubblegum and kick a$$… and we’re all out of bubblegum. Tropical fruit notes throughout the body, and a citrusy spice finish deliver a light bodied wheat ale perfect for throwing on some sunglasses to see what’s truly out there. With plenty of bubblegum aromas you’ll be ready to get ROWDY, and figure out why…They Live!

  93. Dankerfuffle – Double Dry Hopped (DDH) IPA – 6.0% – We combined two of our favorite dank hops Columbus and Simcoe and added a smattering of Mosaic to make this dank kerfuffle of a beer. Dank earthy and piney hops with some herbal, tropical fruit and citrus notes. Finishes with a soft mouthfeel and moderate hop bitterness.

  94. Alcove – Dark Lager – 6.0% –We took some spare German malts we had in our “grain alcove” and made a flavorful, malty dark lager. Expect a rich malty character with notes of chocolate, caramel, and nuts. Medium body with a soft, malty finish and no hop bitterness. Prost!

  95. Best Intentions – American IPA – 6.6% –The beer ain’t worth the name if it don’t make you strut. This one does that and then some. Citra, Vic Secret, and Mosaic hops lend notes of passion fruit, citrus, and peach to both flavor and aroma. Only way to feel the noise is when it’s good and loud.

  96. Frolique – Dry Hopped Saison – 6.3% – Dry-hopped with some of our most unique hops from Australia and Germany, this aromatic saison gives notes of white grape, melon, berries, and a hint of spice. Refreshing with a very dry finish and an effervescing mouthfeel reminiscent of sparkling white wine.

  97. Strato – Pils – 5.8% –  This pils showcases the Czech hop variety “Kazbek,” which we paired with some of our favorite German malts. Expect notes of lemon and grapefruit, along with the traditional floral, herbal, and spice that is found in its parent hop Saaz. Dry finish with a hint of hop bitterness.

  98. Simcoercion – Double Dry Hopped (DDH) IPA {Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo} – 5.5% – Third in our single-hop series, this double dry-hopped pale ale uses Simcoe hops in both pellet and cryo forms exclusively. Expect a juicy burst of tropical fruit and citrus followed by the classic Simcoe piney dankness. Finishes with a soft mouthfeel and moderate hop bitterness.

  99. Moerae – Dry Hopped Brett Ale – 5.8% – A first for DryHop! This dry-hopped brett ale took months in the making, but we are certain it was worth it. Tart dry finish and effervescent from the partial natural carbonation. Notes of tropical fruit, pineapple, citrus, and of course a touch of spice and brett funk.

  100. De Trop – Porter – 4.8% –This porter was made with the “second runnings” of our Imperial Stout. Normally this excess wort would just be dumped down the drain, but we decided to make another beer with it instead! Medium-light bodied, yet full of flavor with notes of chocolate, graham cracker, caramel, and roasted coffee.

  101. Tropicara – Double Dry Hopped (DDH) IPA {Citra, Galaxy, Hallertau Blanc, Mosaic} – 6.3% –We combined some our juiciest hops to make this tropical treat. A blend of Citra, Galaxy, Hallertau Blanc, and Mosaic provide notes of pineapple, mango and passionfruit, along with citrus and grapefruit. This IPA will take you on a tropic adventure.

  102. Citratransfixion – Double Dry Hopped (DDH) APA {Citra, Citra Cryo} – 5.3% – Continuing with our single-hop series, this double dry hopped pale ale uses Citra hops in both pellet and cryo forms exclusively. Expect a juicy combination of citrus, tropical fruit and the characteristic Citra dankness. The soft mouthfeel and moderate bitterness really lets the hops shine through.

  103. Loralaide – Pils – 5.8% – This Pils showcases the new hop variety “Loral” with a nice blend of traditional noble and American aromas. Notes of sweet fruit and citrus along with some floral, herbal, and spice. Dry finish with just a hint of hop bitterness.

  104. A Pinkish Hue – Plum Gose – 3.7% – For this German-style sour, we added a generous amount of plums, which gives this Gose a vibrant color and a juicy fruitiness. Not overly sour, but definitely tart and salty. Perfect for drinking on a crisp fall day!

Victorian Flavour – Double Dry Hopped (DDH) Double IPA {Galaxy, Ella, Vic Secret} – 8.0% –  We used more hops in this IPA than ever before to create some huge tropical juice aromas and flavors. Hopped exclusively with hops from our friends down under in the Victoria region of Australia: Galaxy, Ella and Vic Secret. Notes of peach, passionfruit, citrus, and pine. Full-bodied with medium bitterness.

  106. Savage Amusement – Blonde – 5.4% –Walking through a winter night and dreaming of summer days. Brewed with Cascade hops from our friends at North Fork Hops on Long Island. Easy drinking with citrus, bread, and grape notes. The beer finishes dry with a mild bitterness. Love in the sun and lonely bays.

  107. Multiform – Double Dry Hopped (DDH) APA {Mosaic} – 5.0% –This single-hop pale ale uses Mosaic hops in both pellet and cryo forms. Expect a complex aroma of mango, peach and tangerine with a bit of pine in the finish. The soft mouthfeel and low bitterness really showcases this hop well and shows why it’s one of our favorites.

  108. West Coast Struttin’ – West Coast IPA – 6.9% – Classic hops Cascade, Centennial, Simcoe, and Chinook add layers of pine and citrus that match the strong malt backbone. Finishing with a lingering dry bitterness that leaves you longing for the surf and sun of Southern California.

  109. Connatural – Double Dry Hopped (DDH) IPA {Amarillo, Citra, Centennial, Columbus, Simcoe} – 5.5% – This IPA showcases some our favorite American hops. Covering a wide spectrum of hop flavors and aromas with notes of pine resin, earthy hops, citrus, and tropical fruits, this IPA will definitely satisfy your hop cravings. Medium bitterness with a soft, juicy finish.

  110. BBQ Iguana – Mexican Lager – 5.5% – Dialing it in from South of the border, and on a wavelength all our own. This lager has mild notes of baking bread and toffee in the aroma. Finishing crisp and clean with a hint of citrus and pine. Perfect for watching the Summer turn to Fall.

  111. Asterisque – Rye Saison – 5.8% – It’s the season for saisons! We added sweet meyer lemons and Callista hops to this rye saison to give it a subtle lemon meringue aroma and flavor. The dry and slightly tart finish along with a mellow spice from rye make this saison quite an easy drinker.

  112. Only In America – Double Dry Hopped (DDH) Rye IPA – 7.0% – Only in America could we create this hop lover’s dream. Brewed with our friends in Agnostic Front. Citrus, pine, and passion fruit from Simcoe and Galaxy hops are up front. The beer finishes with mild spice bitterness and citrus pith. Land of the free, home of the brave.

  113. La Grise – Grisette – 4.3% – The grisette was the preferred ale of the miners from the Hainaut province in Belgium. Dry and refreshing with just enough hop character. The traditional Belgian yeast gives hints of spice and fruity aromas, along with some citrus, melon and floral character from the Cashmere, Cascade, and Saaz hops.

  114. Cubs Meet October – Hazy Wheat IPA– 6.5% – Shark and his Hipster buddy are taking a well deserved vacation to root the Yanks on in NYC. So, in order to celebrate the Cubs playoff push we offer this citrus, pine, and tropical fruit wheat IPA. A little more subdued than Shark, but still finishing dry with a beautiful aroma of fresh fruit. Go Cubs Go!

  115. BlockBuster – Doggone Hoppy Red Ale – 6.5% – This one is for Buster Brown the OG DHB mascot. The brew is a hop and malt lovers dream. Rich toffee and caramel malt character play with citrus, peach, and passion fruit, in both aroma and flavor. He was a one of a kind gentle soul who always brightened our day. Miss ya buddy!

  116. Nothing Special – Collab with Local H – Pilsner – 5.5% – Ever feel like the freak in town? A one trick pony? Then this crisp clean refreshing brew is for you. Bready malts linger with the noblest of hop character to create this lager. Be happy with less, that’s what makes this one of the great ones. What’s wrong with us?

  117. Fearless Vampire Killer – Belgian IPA– 7.5% – This Belgo-American IPA is the perfect end of Summer brew. Bright citrus, floral, and subtle pepper notes are in the nose. The beer finishes with a bone dry tartness and more citrus, bubblegum, and black pepper.

  118. Up the Irons! – English IPA– 6.3% –Using English malt and hops the beer is malty with subtle spice, honey, and earthy notes from the EKG and Horizon hops. The beer finishes with notes of caramel, toffee, and floral spice. Questions are a burden, and answers are a prison for oneself, up the irons!

  119. Haitian Hillbilly – APA– 5.5% – We brewed an APA for this years Oak Park Microbrew Review Hop Challenge. Azacca hops are used exclusively in this offering. They lend notes of tropical fruit, pear, and pine in both flavor and aroma. Finishing with a mild bitterness this brew is pure voodoo.

For Hops & Giggles – Double Dry Hopped (DDH) IPA (Citra, Galaxy, Simcoe, El Dorado) – 6.2% –We took a generous amount of our favorite hops and combined them in this juicy, intensely aromatic double dry-hopped IPA. Citra, Galaxy, Simcoe and both Mosaic lupulin powder and pellets create something special that’s sure to make you smile. Notes of tropical fruit, grapefruit, citrus, and pine are all combined with a soft finish and low hop bitterness.

  268. I O’Brian of the Black Horsemen – Oatmeal Cookie Brown Ale – 6.7% – Fall is in the air and the holidays are around the corner at DHB. This brown ale was brewed with cinnamon, mace, cara brown malt (raisins), and vanilla to create an oatmeal cookie in a glass.

  269. Screaming for Vengeance – Barrel Aged Oatmeal Stout – 7.0% – In anticipation of this year’s FoBAB (Festival of Barrel Aged Beer), we present DHB’s first barrel aged offering. We aged our Screaming Life oatmeal stout in a Tailwinds Distilling Co. Taildragger Amber Rum barrel for three months. Notes of vanilla, coffee, toffee, and of course, rum, dominate the flavor profile.

  270. Cobra Juicy – Eastern European Pils – 6.4% – Brewed in collaboration with Pittsburgh’s Roundabout Brewery. German barley, Polish hops, caraway, Czech Pils yeast, and beets were added to the brew as a homage to Pittsburgh and Chicago’s diverse Eastern European neighborhoods, na zdrowie!

  271. Hessian in Triumph – German Pale Ale – 6.0% – This beer introduced Chicago to the new hop scene thriving in Germany last year and now it’s back! We feature three new varieties in this beer – Hull Melon, Blanc, and Mandarina. Enjoy this easy drinking pale ale with its bright citrus, grape, and melon flavors.

  272. Punch the Tiger – West Coast IPA – 7.3% – DHB wings on over to the West Coast with this homage to the birthplace of the American IPA. Bitter and resinous describe this brew to a ‘T.’

  273. Half Stepper – Rye Pale Ale – 4.8% – We never half step here at DHB, however, coming in at 4.8%, this one is just a lil’ guy. Rye spiciness, pine, and tropical notes from Amarillo and Chinook hops combine to create this extremely session-able, refreshing beer with a lingering bitter finish.

  286. Mine Isn’t Red – American Amber – 5.4% – This year’s Illinois Craft Brewers Guild Replicale beer is an American Amber. Malty with a pleasant Cascade hop finish, this beer is perfect for an afternoon session.

  287. Shark Meets Surfer – International Pale Ale – 6.5% – The Australian second cousin of Shark Meets Hipster decided to surf into Chicago. Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin hops represent the Southern Hemisphere proper. Passion fruit and grape notes dominate, with subtle peach notes.

  288. Franklin Comes Alive – Dunkelweizen – 5.4% – This traditional Southern Germany wheat beer is a darker version of a Hefeweizen (dunkel=dark; weizen=wheat). With this combination, you’ll get the banana and clove goodness, but also the addition of chocolate and roast.

This Whip is Too Long – DryHop/Andersonville Brewing collab – Blood Orange Hefeweizen – 5.9% – Brewed in collaboration with Andersonville Brewing Co. for Pride Fest, we present our riff on a traditional Bavarian Hefeweizen. Blood orange tea was used, along with fresh blood orange juice to impart citrus notes, along with the traditional banana and clove.

  297. Moon Tower Kind – DryHop/Solemn Oath collab – Belgian Black IPA – 7.0% – Alright, alright, alright – this Belgian Black IPA is chock full of roast and citrus goodness from the Amarillo and Mosaic hops. Don’t worry, we hear it doesn’t hurt after the first couple.

  299. Jupiter Crash – Hibiscus and Orange Peel Schwarzbier – 5.5% – This is the first Women of DryHop Brewers brewed beer – a Schwarzbier, which is German for black beer. Brewed with Hibiscus, Orange Peel, and Willamette and Saaz hops, Jupiter Crash is a refreshing beer with depth of color and hints of citrus and chocolatey flavors.

  300. Lil’ Sister – DryHop/Goose Island collab – American Sour Pale Ale – 3.8% – The DryHop + Goose Island American Sour collaboration. Kettle soured with lactobacillus and fermented on blended yeast. Lil’ Sister is a tart Pale Ale showcasing lemon and citrus flavors.

  301. I’m Not A Raccoon – DryHop/Lincoln Park Zoo collab – Saison – 6.0% – Brewed in conjunction with the Lincoln Park Zoo, $1 from every beer sold will be donated to the Red Panda Wish List Fund. This traditional Belgian farmhouse ale is brewed with mulberry leaves and bamboo, which impart their flavor and aroma much like steeping tea leaves.

  302. 93 – APA – 5.5% – “93” is a homage to the Chicago Bulls’ third championship. We used Red-X malt to give this citrusy passion fruit APA a nice malty and nutty balance. Much like his Airness and Pip, Citra and Topaz are the stars of this refreshing APA.

  303. Blast in the Underworld – American IPA  6.66% – We have reached our 100th batch of beer, and to celebrate, we created this 100 IBU hop monster. This one’s got a little West Coast feel to it with the use of Simcoe and Falconer’s Flight hops. Very bitter up front, the beer finishes with pine and citrus goodness.

  304. Power of the Warrior – Single Hop Belgian IPA – 7.0% –This Belgo-American IPA uses one hop and one hop only. That hop is – “ultimate” Warrior. Piney and floral, this normal bittering hop has also been used in the dry hopping process this go ‘round.

Arnie Palmer Meets the Dragon Lady – DryHop/Marz Brewing collab – APA – 5.5% – For your pleasure we bring you our riff on an “Arnold Palmer.” Brewed with Ceylon tea, lemon peel, and Citra hops, this refreshing quencher will be your new Spring fling. However, just know that The Dragon Lady is always watching!

  306. I Can Kill You with My Brain – DryHop/Geek Bar collab – Hazelnut Ginger Brown Ale – 5.5% – This English brown ale has been enhanced with hazelnut and ginger. The two play with the chocolate malt to create a hazelnut coffee feel. The classic UK EKG hop rounds out the beer with floral and earthy overtones.

  307. 93 ‘Til Infinity – Rye Saison – 5.0% – Spring is finally here and we have a crisp, sessionable saison with a twist. The rye malt gives it spice notes and the roasted dandelion root bumps it up a notch with earthy attributes. And don’t worry, a lot of dandelions were harmed in the making of this beer.

  308. Mars Red Sky – DryHop/Une Année collab – Biere D’Avril – 7.5% – This collaboration with Une Année Brewery did not want to stop fermenting. So instead of Biere de Mars, we have your new Spring fling – Biere d’Avril. Strong notes of raisin & spice highlight this traditional French farmhouse ale. Spicy Saaz & Strisselspalt hops round out this complex beer.

  309. Raven in the Sky – DryHop/Atlas collab – Old Ale – 8.0% – Brewed in collaboration with Atlas Brewing. This is our riff on the traditional British Old Ale. We took it up a notch with the addition of black strap molasses & dried figs. This rounds out the malt balance with sweetness & dark fruit flavor.

  310. 92 – APA – 5.5% – “92” (Oak was hacked) is an homage to the Chicago Bulls second championship. We used Red-X malt to give this piney grapefruit APA a nice malty and nutty balance. Much like his Airness and Pip, Chinook and Cascade are the stars of this refreshing APA.

  311. Last City Zero – Malt Liquor – 8.0% – Metal Beers and Burgers round 3 is a Malt Liquor. This high ABV lager is perfect for the upcoming patio season. Filled with 6-row barley and flaked maize goodness the beer pairs well with hanging out with friends and brown paper bags.

  317. Too Many Puppies – Nitro Lactose IPA – 7.0% – Here we go again flipping the script. Our latest IPA mixes lactose sugar, Amarillo, Mosaic, and Citra hops to create this citrusy blast. The creamy mouthfeel is enhanced with nitrogen, flaked barley, and the pour from the European taps.

Bright red in color and malty up front with a significant hop finish. This beer features Amarillo, Galaxy, and Simcoe hops.

  332. Rat Pack – Dryhop/iNG Restaurant collab – Rye Ale – 6.0% – DHB teams up with ING to create this riff on the classic Old Fashioned. Light up a Lucky, knock her a kiss, and crank some Ole Blue Eyes while enjoying this original brew.

  334. My Mirrors Are Black – Dryhop/Intelligentsia collab – Cuban Coffee Stout – 5.5% – Intelligentsia has welcomed us to the neighborhood with open arms, So, we felt it was time to give back. This jet black stout is brewed with their cold pressed Ethiopian Yirgacheffe beans. Strong notes of espresso, blueberry, and guava make this beer perfect on a cold evening.

  335. 50% Chance of Death – Dryhop/Illuminated Brew Works collab – Saison – 6.5% – This collaboration with Illuminated Brew Works takes the traditional Belgian style, and punches it in the face, Chicago style. Brewed with cardamom, sichuan peppercorns, and fresh pressed Michigan apple cider which help impart a nice spice and tart flavor that finishes bone dry.
